About Me

I’m a venture builder and community innovation strategist with 20+ years of corporate experience across IT, data, business analytics, process improvement and portfolio delivery, combined with hands-on experience building, buying, closing, rebranding and growing businesses.

My first venture began by taking over an existing business from an owner who was ready to retire. Since then, I’ve experienced different sides of business ownership — including businesses that eventually closed, rebuilding and rebranding, taking e-commerce into international markets, and learning what it takes to adapt when circumstances change.

Those experiences have shaped how I look at business opportunities today. I’m not simply looking to buy a business. I’m interested in the right partnership where my skills, experience, network and services can contribute meaningful value — whether that is through an acquisition, strategic partnership, shared ownership, or another structure that works for both parties.

Through Deals Colony, I now work across venture building, IT, data, ESG, circular economy and community innovation. I connect people, projects, businesses and partners to turn ideas and underused opportunities into practical outcomes.

I also work with local chambers and community organisations to design and facilitate programs that help businesses connect, learn, innovate and find new opportunities.

What I bring is more than money: commercial and corporate experience, entrepreneurial lessons from both success and failure, technology and data capability, ESG and circular economy knowledge, a strong partnership mindset, and a network that can help an established business find new possibilities.

I’m particularly interested in meeting owners who have built something valuable but are considering what comes next — and are open to exploring whether we could create that next chapter together.
